If you prefer to book your session during weekends or public holidays, we’re happy to accommodate your schedule. These appointments offer the same warm, hands-on support at a slightly higher rate due to increased demand.

To make your organising experience smoother from start to finish, we offer a simple, optional add-on for items that cannot be donated. This helps complete your session without leaving unwanted items behind.

We handle the removal and responsible disposal of suitable items.

If you would like us to source and bring storage products to your session, we are happy to help. All storage items are invoiced at cost, ensuring you only pay for exactly what you choose — with no added markups.

We offer free travel for the first 30 minutes. For locations beyond this range, additional travel time is billed at the standard hourly rate. Any parking, congestion, or ULEZ charges will be added if applicable.

Do I need to clean or tidy before you arrive?
Not at all. There is zero pressure to prepare your home before our session. We’re here to support you exactly where you are, with no judgement and no expectations.
Will I be forced to throw things away?
Never. Every decision is yours. We guide, support, and help you think clearly, but we will never pressure you to let go of anything you’re not ready to part with.
How long does a decluttering session take?
Most clients book a full day (8 hours) to see meaningful progress, but we also offer hourly sessions. The time needed depends on the size of the space and how quickly you feel comfortable making decisions.
What areas do you cover?
We currently support clients across London and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether we cover your location, just get in touch — we’re happy to clarify.
Do you take unwanted items away?
Yes. We can donate suitable items to a local charity shop, and if needed, we can arrange a trip to the tip for an additional fee.
What should I expect during my first session?
We begin with a simple, supportive walkthrough of your space to understand what you want to achieve. Then we work together step-by-step, always at your pace, with plenty of reassurance along the way.
